EXCELLENT HOURLY PLUS COMMISSION!

We are seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician with 2+ years of experience who is capable of diagnosis & repair of split systems, package units, mini-splits, refrigeration, chillers, cooling towers and large commercial equipment.

Up to $40/HR DOE!

Responsibilities:

• Service, install, repair and maintenance of light commercial and industrial hvac equipment including RTUs, chillers, cooling towers, rooftop units, package units and split systems. Experience with refrigeration a plus
• Assist service manager with bid & spec jobs and commercial site evaluations for new system sales
• Customer service & relationship building orientated
• Partners with Total Air management to accomplish the company objectives for commercial division
• Generate leads, customer referrals, and establish strong relationships with customer base
• Continuous education through training from suppliers, trade shows, seminars & independent study
• Establish goals and objectives as they relate to the position, along with a plan of action to attain or exceed set goals

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-year commercial HVACR trade experience
• Must be capable of diagnosis and repair of commercial HVAC split systems, package units, large refrigeration, and cooling towers with minimal assistance
• Problem solving skills and a clear understanding of the refrigerant cycle
• We seek candidates with a high school diploma or G.E.D.; college, technical school, and or certificate is a plus.
• Universal EPA is required
