The Blue Collar Recruiter's mission is simple. We locate highly valuable talent for business owners operating in skilled trades. The recruitment and retention of skilled tradespeople is our singular specialty. We employ a large and growing team of skilled recruiters in all areas to help our client businesses grow, helping them find outstanding people to join their teams.
The Blue Collar Recruiter and Virtual Trade School got its start in 2020 in Austin, Texas. Recognizing how underserved employers and candidates are in the blue-collar hiring space, we set out to design a recruiting system that incorporated candidate discovery and effective placement. Online, remote virtual training quickly became part of our service for employer teams and job applicants alike.
Today we specialize in recruiting and consulting for residential, commercial and industrial employers across the United States. Our team of experienced skilled trades recruiters work virtually to help our clients save time and money by utilizing our services to find the highly qualified, in-demand tradespeople they need to grow their companies. Our online trade school focuses on an ever-growing list of underserved trade verticals including Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Solar, Facilities Maintenance and Safety courses. Program participants are at a near one hundred percent success rate.
