We are representing a very successful, fast growing & innovative Home Service HVAC business in the Virginia Beach area.

$75-$150K/YR

Responsibilities:

Comfort Advisors are responsible for creating a world class customer experience by following our designated sales system with excellence. Our expectation is for results to follow due to a high level of execution.

Schedule:

Comfort Advisors work Mon- Friday and rotate available weekends.

Hours are dependent on the number of leads.

They are required to come to the office 7:30am each Monday for a department meeting and other meetings may be scheduled based on business needs.

When a Comfort Advisor is not on a lead their time is their own BUT they must be ready for us to book a call and have them hit the road.

They are are guaranteed to be notified of their last lead by 7:00pm. Meaning if it is 7:15pm they are clear for the day.

Our standard appointment times are: 9am or 10am, 1pm or 2pm, and 6pm or 7pm.

Requirements:

• Residential sales experience
• Ability to work with customers and technicians
