Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair issues related to agricultural and construction equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment is reliable and ready to work.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic systems.
• Prepare and turn in work orders.
• Participate in technical training.
• Observe and follow all safety procedures.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Provide excellent customer service and support, offering clear explanations and maintenance advice.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Mechanical knowledge of small and large agricultural and construction equipment including diesel.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and detail oriented
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to lift and handle heavy loads
