Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and maintain the back end of our service platform, ensuring its efficiency and reliability. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing our service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data to build and enhance the back end of our service platform.
- Aggregate and analyze service call data to identify trends and improve service delivery.
- Manage the back end of the service platform, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate relevant data and functionalities into the platform.
- Work with Operations Department on deployment and programming of new locations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the platform’s back end.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and other departments.
Skills:
- Process and detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer service.
- Strong MS Office Suite experience, primarily Word and Excel.
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
- Professional, positive, and calm manner.
Qualifications:
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven experience in data management, back-end administration, or a similar role.
- Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in database management and relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
