  • Collaborate on the company and departmental goals and objectives with other managers.
  • Provide training programs to ensure that technicians are properly educated about the latest service techniques, equipment, general working conditions, and safety procedures.
  • Lead by example and ensure the delivery of outstanding service to our customers. Develop and maintain service standards to guarantee customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage and inspire a diverse team of service professionals. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to enhance their skills and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Continuously evaluate service processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement efficient solutions to optimize service delivery and reduce response times.
  • Handling permits and inspections.
    • Supervising and always working in conjunction with the Service plumbers to fully execute the flow of materials, tools, and equipment to and from projects in the most timely and expedient manner possible.
    • Supervising and working in conjunction with the Scheduling Coordinators to ensure that scheduling and dispatching of jobs are executed and maintained in a manner that ensures workflow productivity.
    • Monitor and evaluate budgets, targets, and objectives to ensure company profitability. Reviews work orders, invoices, and time reports for accuracy, and to ensure timely cash flow and maintain minimal account receivables.
    • Proactive management of the department; time management of day-to-day tasks to ensure that direct reports can communicate questions, problems, or issues.
    • Procuring pertinent budget/estimating information to ensure cost parameters are maintained.
    • Acclimating to the Company’s service solutions program, Service Titan, and utilize as requested.
    • Focus on continuous improvement and process enhancement to achieve budgeted gross margins through the development and implementation of best operational practices.
    • Oversee safety compliance to OSHA standards, including employee training and compliance.
    • Review customer satisfaction/issues daily and resolve any issues the same day.

     Job Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of supervisory experience
    • 10+ years of plumbing experience
    • Must hold Master Plumber’s License in the State of Georgia
      • High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
      • Education from college, trade school, or military
      • Proven experience in a service management role, preferably in the home services industry.
      • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
      • The ability to know local codes and to use available resources to find solutions.
      • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a customer-centric mindset.
      • Good computer skills: knowledge of and proficiency in common office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and general software navigation.
        • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
        • Experience with Service Titan a plus.
          • Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice.
