• Job scheduling for all construction crews
• Rain day rescheduling
• Fleet software
• Updating price list in LMN
• Job Costing
• Preparing jobs to start
• Communicating with the project managers regularly
• Ordering materials
• Reporting inefficiencies

Requirements:

• Must be very well organized
• Great communication skills
• Knowledge of landscaping and pools
• Heavy equipment experience
• Driven for success for the company
• Critical thinking
