Responsibilities:

• Analyze, plan, and perform preventive maintenance of HVAC systems
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Order and maintain parts needed to repair/maintain and install HVAC equipment
• Maintain skill in cleaning, adjusting and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
• Maintain ability to identify and communicate solutions to satisfy customer’s needs
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Maintain focus on customer satisfaction, safety and comfort
• Maintain excellent organization, communication and troubleshooting skills

Requirements:

• 2+ years service tech/install experience
• EPA II certification
• HVAC certification
