Responsibilities:

• Diagnose customer’s heating and cooling systems
• Order and replace warranty parts
• Repair HVAC systems on site
• Install replacement HVAC systems when needed
• Deliver the best customer service
• Able to deliver clear communications to customers and the office
• Must be able to regularly sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift for prolonged periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds
• Test and recognize voltage
• Solder compressors, TXV’s and coils when needed

Experience:

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience

• Great customer service skills

Requirements:

• EPA Certification (Type I, II, or Universal)
