Position Overview:

As the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of our business operations. With a strong focus on operational excellence and team leadership, you will guide our skilled plumbers and support staff in delivering outstanding plumbing services while also ensuring the business’s overall health and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead and manage all business operations, ensuring a high level of operational efficiency and excellence. – Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, profitability, and growth. – Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management. – Implement effective employee training and development programs to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce. – Manage customer relations to maintain and enhance satisfaction and loyalty. – Utilize KPIs and performance metrics to monitor and improve operational performance. – Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards within the plumbing industry.

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 10 years of experience in the plumbing industry, with a proven track record of success in management roles or ownership. – Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems and the ability to oversee complex plumbing projects. – Proficiency with Apple hardware and software, and extensive experience with Service Titan is a must. – Demonstrated ability in managing business operations, including familiarity with Excel and other business management tools. – Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. – A customer-focused approach, with the ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving excellence. – Commitment to continuous learning and on-the-job training.
