Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a positive culture based on our core mission and values
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations at your job site
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a safe working environment for yourself, fellow team members, and customers
• Perform a wide range of plumbing services, including installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes, fixtures, fittings, and other plumbing systems
• Diagnose plumbing issues and implement effective solutions to address problems promptly and efficiently
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their concerns, and providing knowledgeable advice and recommendations
• Effectively manage work schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of projects
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any necessary paperwork to ensure proper documentation and billing procedures
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest plumbing technologies, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education and training opportunities
• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic to consistently deliver highquality results
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, ensuring their needs are met satisfactorily
• Possess a strong understanding of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment, along with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex plumbing issues
