**Commercial HVAC Project Manager Needed**

We’re seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager for our Small Business Direct Install team, focusing on enhancing energy efficiency in small businesses through comprehensive services from assessment to installation. This role involves hands-on project management, customer satisfaction, and ensuring on-the-job safety.

**Position Highlights:**

– Full-time, combining office and field work (40% office, 60% field) – subject to change.

– Requires 5+ years in commercial/industrial HVAC and 2+ years in project management.

– Must have a deep understanding of HVAC systems, project estimation, and safety protocols.

– Strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a clean DMV report are essential.

**Responsibilities:**

– Conduct site visits, coordinate projects, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with energy program requirements.

– Build relationships with contractors and vendors, handle equipment orders, and enforce safety standards.
