Raised on a multi-generational family farm, President & CEO Mindy Paulin brings nearly 25 years of experience as a bank marketing manager, along with deep industry insight through her husband Chad’s 30+ years of operating successful blue-collar businesses, making her uniquely equipped to serve employers, skilled trades professionals, and individuals pursuing careers in essential services.
