The purpose of this position is to manage and supervise multiple crew leads simultaneously in all aspects of construction at Western Solar including solar PV systems, ductless heat pumps, generators, battery backup systems, electrical wiring/retrofits, and other energy efficiency/home energy systems. To plan and coordinate the efforts of the foremen and crewmen under his/her supervision and motivate them to accomplish the work safely, correctly and efficiently. This individual will also participate in planning, installation and commissioning of the above listed systems, as necessary. This position will assist the Director of Operations in his/her day to day responsibilities including management of crew responsibilities, performance, and morale. The position will also assist project managers in their project development work. This role will require technical oversight of all project details.

HVAC Service Technician:

The Hardscape Foreman is responsible for installation and management of hardscaping projects. The foreman is responsible for completing landscape and hardscape installations with great precision and business minded efficiency. The Landscape Construction Foreman plans, organizes and delivers top quality client and staff experiences.
