Are you driven to grow a business and be recognized for you hard work? Do you have an entrepreneur mindset? We are looking for a Residential/Light Commercial Service Technician to join our team! Responsibilities may include some or all the following: Perform preventative maintenance, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems; Perform trim and sets on occasion.

Responsibilities:

Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems on occasion
Respond to emergency maintenance requests on rotating basis
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

High moral and ethical values
Team player
3-5 years residential/light commercial experience
Strong diagnostic skills
Familiar with heat pump and gas/electric splits and package systems, ductless mini/multi splits
Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
Clean driving record
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Possession of High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
EPA certification
Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
Must have an honest and dependable personality.
Strong mechanical aptitude
Strong ability to distinguish between various HVAC equipment
Self-motivated individual with strong ability to follow instructions and work alone, as well as work effectively within a team.
Ability to display professional company image.
Possession of valid GA driver’s license with good record of driving
Strong ability to write and read in English language.
Ability to lift items weighing up to 100lbs safely.
Strong ability to operate under severe temperature conditions for long periods of time.
Ability to climb, stoop, balance, crouch, crawl, or/and kneel continually.
