Responsibilities and Abilities:
- Collaborate with Project Manager and teams to facilitate schedules.
- Responsible for Field Operations of assigned active jobs.
- Lead teams across multiple trades.
- Ensure teams are completing scope to company standards.
- Manage the procurement of tools, equipment, and materials necessary for completing projects.
- Follow safety and health regulations.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Trade School and Apprenticeship Preferred.

- In depth knowledge of OSHA guidelines, construction procedures and equipment.
- Must have a background in construction.

Responsibilities:
- Understands and troubleshoots all Commercial HVAC and refrigeration and potentially more complex systems
- Troubleshoots electrical systems (both line voltage and control voltage) as they pertain to air conditioning/heat pump systems, gas fired units, multi-circuit DX systems and make up air units
- Performs start-ups, air balances, and commissioning of highly technical equipment
- Can provide estimates of service work and jobs
- Applies basic DDC skills; troubleshoots and installs chillers and boilers
- Helps mentor Apprentices, Skilled 1 and 2 Technicians in the Service Dept.
Experience and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- HVAC training school certification
- 4-5 years of Commercial and Industrial experience with mechanical HVAC systems and equipment preferred
- Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:
- Understands and complies with all safety policies including calibrating gas.
- Responsible for reclaiming refrigerant for clean and check technicians in his/her territory during the air conditioning season.
- Able to complete most repairs to furnaces, condensers, humidifiers and accessories with no assistance.
- Able to complete minor repairs on Hydronic systems including maintenance, pump repair or replacement, zone valve repairs, air purging, standard heat exchangers, evaporator coils and seasonal start-up of the system.
- Able to complete all tasks sent to him/her via FSA app including billing customers correctly, ordering parts and materials needed for job completion and handling paperwork properly, timely and legibly.
- Must be able to cycle count inventory upon procurement’s request.
- Ability to utilize a variety of analytical techniques to solve problems.
We’re excited if this is you:
- EPA Certification Type 1 and 2 OR Universal required OR Vocational/skill training experience in HVAC in lieu of certification.
- Minimum 1 year HVAC service experience preferred.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Valid Driver’s License.

- Continuously provide the customer with the highest levels of customer service.
- Understand and comply with all the safety policies including calibrating gas sensor tool monthly.
- Ability to install most furnaces, condensers, humidifiers and accessories without assistance.
- Mastery of electrical wiring of furnaces, condensers and thermostats. Including high and low voltage wiring.
- Understand and comply with inventory policies and procedures of NHS. Accountable for use of inventory involving his/her work.
- Must be able to install sheet metal duct systems, connect gas lines, cut and thread pipe, install copper refrigerant line to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing.
- Accurately bill customers, order parts and materials needed for job completion, handle paperwork properly, timely and legibly.

- Required: 1-3 years minimum experience.

Responsibilities:
· Continuously provide the customer with the highest levels of customer service.
· Test for gas leaks in existing or new installations.
· Provide emergency repairs to leaking, loose, clogged, or plumbing components in disrepair.
· Troubleshoot all types of plumbing repairs, minor steam line repairs and re-routing, natural gas pipe repairs and re-routing, storm and sewage line maintenance and repairs and preventative maintenance.
· Perform plumbing repairs and plumbing upgrades that include sinks, faucets, radiator valves, and traps, toilets, bathtubs, drain lines, water supply lines, and natural gas line risers.
· Installs and maintains appliances such as hot water heaters, pumps, sump, and sewage pumps and ejectors.
· Requisitions materials and supplies using in-house procedures as needed.
· Lays out, installs, repairs, or maintains pipelines for water, gas, or compressed air.
· Must be able to cycle count inventory upon procurement’s request.
· Maintain expected productivity, quality and safety metrics as outlined by the PHS Field Operations Department.

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience on plumbing license
· Valid driver’s license.
· Hold a current Apprentice License in Illinois.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· High School Diploma or GED required.
· Continue your education of Plumbing through classes- attendance required.
