Prior to opening the Indianapolis franchise location, Mindy was a successful bank marketing manager for nearly 25 years. Mindy’s husband Chad has owned thriving blue collar companies on the southside for over 30 years.
“For decades I have witnessed, and experienced, the impact labor shortages have on small business growth. I understand first-hand the challenges employers face in finding qualified tradespeople. My goal is to provide a great place to source, recruit and train the skilled labor work force right here in Central Indiana.”
Raised on a multi-generational family farm, President/CEO, Mindy Paulin, is well-suited to serving the needs of employers, skilled trades professionals and students seeking career starts in the essential services.
