TBCR Recruiting Manager to oversee our sales operations and recruitment efforts within a specific geographical area. This role requires a blend of sales expertise and strong recruiting capabilities to ensure the success of our team in meeting sales targets and acquiring top talent.
Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
Sales Management
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve location-specific sales targets and objectives.
- Meet and exceed sales business development goals. Providing guidance, training, and support to your team.
- Analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary measures to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, policies, and best practices, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Oversee recruitment activities for the location, including sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates.
- Work closely with Corporate and other managers to understand recruiting needs and devise targeted recruitment plans.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract and engage top talent, focusing on both active and passive candidate pools.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
Operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and synergy between sales and recruitment efforts.
- Manage administrative tasks related to sales and recruitment, such as budgeting, reporting, and resource allocation.
- Utilize data and analytics to track key performance indicators, measure success, and implement improvements.
Requirements
Experience
- Proven experience in sales management and recruitment, preferably within the specified industry or geographical area.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to drive a sales team and recruitment efforts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in sales methodologies, performance metrics, and recruitment processes.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and acquiring top talent.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience with sales CRM and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Flexibility to travel within the designated area and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
