JOB DESCRIPTION: • Provide Excellent Electrical Service in a friendly & professional manner. Work directly with the our Clients, actively listening to their needs/wants in order to understand and address any issues they are concerned about. Performing electrical work confidently assures the client you are a skilled electrician and able to do the job they are needing.

Service Area: North DFW, average 15-18 mile radius from Frisco.

Hours: Monday – Friday, Service Call windows are scheduled between 8A-6P. Roughly 35-40 Hours for work week

Compensation: Fair hourly base pay *Based on Experience + Performance Pay

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Must be able to drive and operate a service van daily.
• Identify client needs and clearly communicate the appropriate repair, replacement, troubleshoot, etc.
• Install and repair electrical equipment, devices and fixtures
• Troubleshooting branch circuit wiring
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
• Adhere to all NEC codes and safety procedures
• Be comfortable speaking with homeowners & personable. Providing the Client with confidence in your electrical knowledge, workmanship and trusting your work.
• Perform physically demanding tasks in all types of weather. i.e. digging trenches and crawling through small spaces and attics
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Ability to use iPads/iPhones and operate a mobile Field Service Program
• Maintain a clean service van and ensure your service truck is stocked with items used.
• Keep up a clean cut appearance, including keep uniform clean, work shoes/boots polished.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have current Texas Journeyman or Wireman Electrical License
• Minimum 2 years residential service experience
• Ability to pass a drug test – Zero Tolerance – & pass a comprehensive background check
• Must have current drivers license
• Must have clean driving record
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong work ethic, the drive to learn and continue in the trade
• Great attitude and punctual; Eager to learn and adapt to changes
