$1500+/MO for supervisory role

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Master Plumber license holder to help guide our new company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in leading and developing others, ensuring compliance, and providing expert oversight. If you choose to work as a plumber too, you will be involved in the hands-on assembly, installation, and repair of plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the Master Plumber Qualifier for the company

Oversee plumbing work and ensure it meets code and quality standards

Lead and mentor other plumbers

Assist in business development and company growth

Additional Job Duties (if working as a plumber):

Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures for water and drainage systems

Read and interpret drawings and plans to understand the layout of plumbing

Locate and mark pipe and connection positions for pipes in walls and floors

Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and neatness

Complete necessary paperwork efficiently

Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers

Requirements:

Current UT Master Plumber license

Strong leadership and communication skills

Professional and reliable work ethic
