Responsibilities:

• Run service and maintenance calls as scheduled and according to policy and procedure
• Diagnose HVAC failures and successfully repair them
• Follow dispatching procedures before and after each call
• Properly submit all paperwork and monies collected
• Keep company vehicle & property clean and well maintained
• Be available to perform your on-call duties when scheduled
• Follow through all sales to completion

• Build strong relationships with each one of your customers; turn them into clients

Experience:

• 5+ years of residential HVAC experience

• Great customer service skills

Requirements:

• EPA Certification (Type I, II, or Universal)
