Pay Range: $100,000 – $150,000 per year, with up to $50,000 bonus potential.

Job Description: As the Install Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our installation projects. This includes coordinating with technicians, managing schedules, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient operations. Your leadership skills, organizational prowess, and technical expertise will be essential in ensuring our projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of HVAC and plumbing technicians, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards. Develop a strong rapport with team members and maintain a positive work environment.
• Project Coordination: Oversee and manage all installation projects from start to finish. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Customer Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Coordinate bookings, answer questions, and follow up on invoicing.
• Operational Efficiency: Keep the job board organized and up-to-date, ensuring no overbooking. Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure all necessary materials are available for upcoming projects.
• Administrative Duties: Initiate job folders, verify pricing, obtain and process all permits and rebates, and prepare invoicing for accounts receivable. Track and post sales statistics to ensure performance bonuses are accurately awarded.
• Problem Solving: Quickly and effectively address any issues or delays that arise, providing solutions to keep projects on track. Adapt to changes and new circumstances with ease.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Plumbing and HVAC installation management(Preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Superior organizational and project management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
