RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hard surface restoration sales
• Hard surface restoration services that will make tile, grout, stone, and wood look as beautiful as their original state
• Restoration according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field
• Instruct customers on the proper care they should use for keeping precious hard surfaces preserved and gleaming
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have
• Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company’s requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 year restoration experience
• Sales experience
• Excellent customer service skills
