Starting at $42K/YR

Qualifications:

• Experience as a professional home inspector
• ASHI or InterNACHI certified
• Knowledge of/interest in learning about structures, mechanical and electrical systems, building envelopes 
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office 
• College degree preferred, but not required 
• Strong interpersonal skills 
• Self-motivation and the ability to achieve goals with minimal supervision 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills 
• The ability to solve problems and make decisions independently
• Strong organizational skills and a detail orientation
