We are seeking a highly organized and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Content Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our digital presence, including websites, social media platforms, and software applications. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging and impactful content that effectively communicates our message to our target audience.

Website Management:

  • Update and maintain company websites to ensure content accuracy and freshness
  • Collaborate with the web development team to implement design changes and enhancements
  • Monitor website performance metrics and identify areas for improvement

Content Creation:

  • Develop compelling and relevant content for websites, social media channels, and other digital platforms
  • Write and edit copy for blog posts, articles, social media posts, email campaigns, and other marketing materials
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital channels

Social Media Management:

  • Create and schedule posts for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns

Software Administration:

  • Manage and maintain software applications used for content creation, such as content management systems (ATS & CMS) and graphic design tools
  • Provide technical support and training to team and franchise members on software usage and best practices
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in digital content creation and make recommendations for software upgrades or new tools

Organization and Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with various departments to gather information and assets for content creation
  • Maintain an organized digital content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to develop integrated digital marketing campaigns.
  • Working with the leadership team on various teams, franchise reports, etc.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
  • Proven experience in digital content creation, including writing, editing, and publishing
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, SEO principles, and social media platforms
  • Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and creating engaging digital experiences
