Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates higher degree of technical competency in HVAC
• Demonstrates ability to properly solve customer complex request in HVAC and to successfully attend to unsolved customer issues.
• Knowledgeable of specialized trade specific tools and their use
• Engage a higher degree of customer relations
• Stay current in the latest trade trends development in HVAC equipment
• Resolve warranty issues
• Match customer needs with potential sales opportunities

Experience:

• 5 years of experience in HVAC/HVAC-R
• EPA 608 Universal Certification
• Must be able to work nights and/or weekends as required
• Great customer service skills
