We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Professional with a background in Commercial HVAC.

$30K BASE

PLUS+

COMMISSION!

This is an outbound sales role, and your focus would be on growth of new accounts for commercial HVAC service, maintenance & retrofit replacement business. Currently, we are not seeking new commercial construction business. As this role brings on new accounts, they would then foster and maintain those accounts and an account manager.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound B2B sales of new commercial HVAC accounts with focus on HVAC service, maintenance and retrofit sales. Seeking light to mid commercial size accounts with package units, split systems and we can handle some chiller systems
• Setting appointments and meeting with facility managers to make sales of new maintenance service contracts. 12% appointment booking ratio for outbound commercial new clients. Example- 20 door to door visits per week to new customers per month and setting 5 meetings
• Meeting with new commercial customers from marketed leads that call in directly. Following up with them during and after the service visit and selling repairs, maintenance, and replacements
• Provide excellent solutions to new customers. New business activity is expected to grow your exclusive book of business. 40% close rate on proposals given for the month
• Existing commercial customers would remain with past account manager, however TAS may request assistance for existing accounts on large projects as needed
• Total Air also offers residential services, and we may also request your help on residential sales as needed

Requirements:

• 2-5 years’ experience in HVAC with basic understanding of service, maintenance, and equipment sales
• Must be proficient in email communication and MS Office applications (excel, word, outlook)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Self-starter, reliable, flexibility with hours
• Strong customer service skills
• Present and communicate professionally (written and verbal)
