Responsibilities:

• Planning, scheduling, and managing commercial HVAC projects of various sizes and scopes
• Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
• Preparing and monitoring project budgets, contracts, change orders, invoices, and payments ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and code standards and regulations.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues or problems that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Providing regular updates and reports on project status and performance to management and clients
• Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and partners

Successful Candidates will have the following background:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager in the Commercial HVAC industry
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to travel to various project sites as needed
