Responsibilities:

• Managing and supervising the operations team, including technicians, installers, dispatchers and office staff
• Planning and scheduling service calls, installations, maintenance and repairs
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, codes and industry best practices
• Monitoring and controlling inventory, equipment and vehicles
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints and feedback
• Preparing and reviewing budgets, reports and financial statements
• Negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers
• Recruiting, training and evaluating staff performance
• Collaborating with other managers and senior executives to achieve company goals

Qualified Candidates MUST Have The Following Background:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Commercial HVAC industry, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or a related field
• A valid HVAC license or certification
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills
• Experience with reviewing bids for pricing accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HVAC software applications
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
