Responsibilities:
- Managing and supervising the operations team, including technicians, installers, dispatchers and office staff
- Planning and scheduling service calls, installations, maintenance and repairs
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, codes and industry best practices
- Monitoring and controlling inventory, equipment and vehicles
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints and feedback
- Preparing and reviewing budgets, reports and financial statements
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers
- Recruiting, training and evaluating staff performance
- Collaborating with other managers and senior executives to achieve company goals
Qualified Candidates MUST Have The Following Background:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Commercial HVAC industry, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or a related field
- A valid HVAC license or certification
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills
- Experience with reviewing bids for pricing accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HVAC software applications
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
