Responsibilities:

• Estimate costs for “Bids & Spec” & Design Build commercial HVAC projects
• Work with project managers to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits
• Prepare detailed proposals for clients
• Maintain accurate records of all estimates and proposals

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Estimator
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and equipment
• Design / Build Experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
