Responsibilities:

  • Following all call taking procedures
  • Maintain 90% or greater conversion rate
  • Maintain $50 or greater for average service call fee
  • Maintain five minutes or less average call time for scheduled appointments
  • Sell 8 club memberships per month and other promotions
  • Answer calls on the first ring
  • Juggle multiple calls as needed
  • Communicate in a professional and upbeat manner with each customer
  • Log each and every inbound and outbound call to maintain accurate reports
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner to maintain a 100% customer satisfaction
  • Follow all outbound call processes
  • Schedule annual home safety checks as needed with customers
  • Call pending opportunities to schedule appointments
  • Follow customer correspondence process for letters and emails
  • Communicate relevant issues regarding customers, coworkers, and competition to management

 Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate effectively

  • Enter data accurately
  • Type at least 35 words per minute
  • Ability to adapt quickly
  • Think independently
  • Solve problems on your own
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Office
  • Work well within a fluent and ever changing team environment
