Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as typing, filing, and handling email correspondence.
  • Utilize computer programs for various tasks and projects.
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide support for office operations as needed.



  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in typing and computer usage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • QuickBooks knowledge a plus.
